Former Crystal Palace boss Alan Pardew feels Arsenal are woefully in need of leaders.
Pardew wrote to the : Arsenal are seriously lacking leadership upon the pitch.
They do not have driving force. The vultures are circling round Arsene Wenger however it does not make a difference how good you‘re like a manager, if you are missing that driving presence with your team, you are going to struggle.

I watched the match at Watford having a former Arsenal midfielder who had that drive — Emmanuel Petit. Petit had that presence, the way in which N'Golo Kante has it at Chelsea and Kevin De Bruyne at Manchester City.
A driving force can evolve with a football club, like Patrick Vieira at Arsenal. You may also buy leadership so when Wenger signed Mesut Ozil, he would have hoped he'd got a real leader.
